- Sugar - 14.1 oz
- Milk - 1 qt
- Butter - 3.5 oz
- Starch film - 1 teaspoon
- Whole egg - 5 pieces

Step 1
Add the butter to the warmed milk and bring it to a boil. In another container, combine the sugar, starch, and yolks, mix and rub everything until smooth. Then add a little milk to this mixture, resulting in a consistency similar to liquid sour cream.
Step 2
Meanwhile, the milk has boiled, and we gradually pour the yolk mixture into it in a thin stream, while constantly stirring. Bring to a boil. Once the mixture boils, remove the pot from the heat and place it in cold water, stirring thoroughly until the mixture cools down and becomes warm. Then let the mixture cool completely, stirring occasionally, after which pour it into molds and place it in the freezer to freeze.
