  • Sugar - 4 spoons
  • Dry Curd - 14.1 oz
  • Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
  • Salt - a pinch
  • Wheat Flour - 3 spoons
  • Activated Baking Soda - ½ spoons
  • Semolina - 4 spoons

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Add semolina, sugar, salt, and eggs to the cottage cheese. Let it sit for about 20 minutes to allow the semolina to swell.

Step 2

Then add baking soda (it’s best to neutralize it with lemon), and let it sit for 5 minutes.

Step 3

Add the flour and knead the dough.

Step 4

Make the cheese pancakes, coat them in flour, and fry them in a skillet with a small amount of vegetable oil.
