- Cottage cheese - 14.1 oz
- Butter - 0.9 oz
- 30% Cream - 1 fl oz
- Powdered Sugar - 3.5 oz
- Chocolate - 3.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix the cottage cheese, cream, powdered sugar, and softened butter. The mixture should not be liquid (the amount of butter and cream depends on the moisture of the cottage cheese).
Step 2
Shape the mixture into balls or bars. Choose the shape you like best. Place them in the freezer for about 10-15 minutes, meanwhile prepare the glaze.
Step 3
Melt the chocolate with the cream in a large container in the microwave. Remove the cheese curds from the freezer, dip them in the chocolate, coat them on all sides, and use 2 forks to take them out. Place them on parchment paper. Put them in the cold.
