- Milk - 1 qt
- Butter - 3.5 oz
- Starch film - 1 teaspoon
- Whole egg - 5 pieces

Step 1
Place the butter in warmed milk and bring it to a boil.
Step 2
In another container, combine the sugar, starch, and yolks, mix and rub everything into a homogeneous mass.

Then add a little milk, resulting in a mixture with a consistency similar to liquid sour cream.
Step 4
Meanwhile, the milk will boil, and we will gradually pour in the yolk mixture in a thin stream, while constantly stirring.
Step 5
Bring to a boil. When the mixture boils, remove the pot from the heat and place it in cold water, while stirring thoroughly until the mixture cools down and becomes warm.
Step 6
Then let the mixture cool completely, stirring occasionally, after which pour it into molds and place it in the freezer to freeze.
