- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Sugar - 4 spoons
- Salt - ½ spoons
- Kefir - ½ l
- Activated Baking Soda - a pinch
- Wheat Flour - 2 glasses
- Safflower Oil - 3 spoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Beat the egg with sugar, salt, baking soda, and sunflower oil. Stir in 0.5 cups of flour.
Step 2
Pour in 0.5 cup of kefir, stir, then add 0.5 cup of flour and stir again. Gradually add more flour and kefir, stirring each time. The mixture should have the consistency of medium-fat sour cream.
Step 3
Grease the pan with vegetable oil only before the first pancake. Brush each pancake with butter afterwards.
