- Cottage cheese - 2 lbs
- Butter - 3.5 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Caraway - to taste
- Herbs - 1.8 oz
- Milk - 2 qt
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mash the cottage cheese and combine it with boiling milk. Cook over low heat until the milk thickens and the cheese starts to stretch.
Step 2
Pour the resulting mixture into a sieve and let the excess water drain.
Step 3
In a deep skillet, melt the butter, add the cheese mixture, and heat while stirring constantly for 8 to 10 minutes.
Step 4
Beat the eggs with caraway seeds and salt. Add to the cheese mixture when it becomes stretchy.
Step 5
Add chopped herbs to the finished, still hot cheese.
Step 6
Transfer the cheese to a deep dish and cool.
