- Oat flakes - 16 fl oz
- Yogurt powder - 3 tablespoons
- Beans - 1 piece
- Apple - 1 piece
- Dried cranberries with sugar - 1.8 oz
- Fresh Berries - 1.8 oz
- Raisins - 1.1 oz
- Raspberry leaves - 1.8 oz
- Serviceberries - 1.8 oz
- Chopped almonds - 1.8 oz
- Walnuts - 1.8 oz
- Mint - 0.2 oz
- Honey - 6 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Pour the oat flakes or oats with milk, add a couple of tablespoons of yogurt, grated fresh banana and apple, raisins, cranberries, and leave in the refrigerator for an hour.
Step 2
Serve garnished with mint and drizzled with honey.
