Description

You can mix all the other ingredients to your taste, adding more raspberries or more nuts as you wish.

  • Milk - 16 fl oz
  • Oat flakes - 16 fl oz
  • Yogurt powder - 3 tablespoons
  • Beans - 1 piece
  • Apple - 1 piece
  • Dried cranberries with sugar - 1.8 oz
  • Fresh Berries - 1.8 oz
  • Raisins - 1.1 oz
  • Raspberry leaves - 1.8 oz
  • Serviceberries - 1.8 oz
  • Chopped almonds - 1.8 oz
  • Walnuts - 1.8 oz
  • Mint - 0.2 oz
  • Honey - 6 tablespoons

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Pour the oat flakes or oats with milk, add a couple of tablespoons of yogurt, grated fresh banana and apple, raisins, cranberries, and leave in the refrigerator for an hour.

Step 2

Serve garnished with mint and drizzled with honey.
