- Salt - a pinch
- Cottage cheese - 17.6 oz
- Vanillin - 1 teaspoon
- Whole egg - 1 piece
- Sugar - 2 tablespoons
- Wheat Flour - 2 cups

Prepare the batter for the pancakes: add the egg, sugar, and salt to the milk, whisk together, then add the flour while stirring to avoid lumps. The batter should be thin.
