Description
If you don't have a pastry bag or a syringe, take a regular plastic bag, cut off the tip — just a millimeter — and you have a pastry bag, but don't squeeze too hard, or you'll end up in the cream)
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 1 cup
- Butter - 3.5 oz
- Farm fresh eggs - 3 pieces
- Salt - a pinch
- Water - 1 cup
- Beans - 1 piece
- 10% cream - 3 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil one cup of water, add salt and cut-up butter. Reduce the heat to minimum and sift in the flour, stirring continuously until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
Step 2
Transfer the dough to a bowl, beat in the eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly each time, and whisk the dough until it becomes a smooth, shiny mass.
Step 3
Using a pastry bag or two spoons, place the dough on parchment paper — the size of a walnut, previously dusting the paper with flour.
Step 4
Bake in the oven at 392°F for 10 minutes, then increase to 220 degrees and bake for another 10-15 minutes. Then remove and poke a small hole with a knife to let the steam out, so you can later fill it with our cream.
Step 5
Make the cream: slice the banana and throw it into a blender, pour in the cream, and blend until smooth. Transfer the cream to a pastry bag (you can use a syringe) and fill it into the hole you made with the knife.
