- Butter - 4.4 oz
- Desiccated coconut - 7.1 oz
- Condensed Milk - 8.8 oz
- Nuts - ½ cup
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a saucepan, combine 100 ml of water and sugar, add the butter, and bring to a boil until a homogeneous liquid mass forms.
Step 2
Remove from heat and cool to 104°F. Add 100 grams of shredded coconut and powdered milk. Mix this 'dough' and refrigerate for 4 hours.
Step 3
Chop the peeled nuts into small pieces. Roll a piece of nut into a ball of 'dough', and coat the candy in shredded coconut.
