Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 10.6 oz
- Sugar - 1 tablespoon
- Dry yeast - ½ tablespoon
- Milk - 4 fl oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Butter - 1.8 oz
- Sugar Glaze - 3 tablespoons
- Raisins - 1.8 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Warm milk mixed with sugar and yeast. Leave for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Sift the flour, add salt. Cut the room temperature butter and add it to the flour, along with the egg and milk with yeast. Mix well. Add the raisins.
Step 3
Roll out the dough and brush with milk. Mix cinnamon with sugar and sprinkle over the dough. Roll up and place in a baking pan.
Step 4
Leave in a warm place for 1 to 1.5 hours. Bake at 356°F for 40 to 50 minutes.
