Ingredients

  • Margarine - 8.8 oz
  • Sour Cream - 10.6 oz
  • Wheat Flour - 4 tablespoons
  • Baking Powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
  • Sugar - 3.5 oz
  • Vanilla salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Cottage cheese - 17.6 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Beat the sugar with the eggs until fluffy.

Step 2

Melt the margarine and add it to the egg mixture (the margarine should be at room temperature). Beat again with a mixer.

Step 3

Add the flour with the baking powder. Mix well.

Step 4

Then add the sour cream. Add the sour cream in portions so that the dough is not too stiff and does not stick to your hands. While the dough rests, prepare the filling.

Step 5

Mix all the ingredients well. Roll out the dough and cut out circles.

Step 6

Place the filling on one side and cover it with the other side of the dough.

Step 7

Brush the top with egg and bake at 356°F for about 20 minutes.
