Homemade sorbet

Ingredients

  • Sugar - 15.9 oz
  • Water - 20 fl oz
  • Frozen black currant puree - 2 lbs
  • Fresh Mint - 1.1 oz
  • Crème de Cassis - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Blend the berries in a blender. Mix sugar with water, bring to a boil, and pour into the berry puree.

Step 2

Add Crème de Cassis to taste, strain, and freeze (40-60 minutes).

Step 3

Take out of the freezer, blend again, pour the sorbet into a serving dish, and garnish with berries and mint leaves.
