Homemade strawberry ice cream

Ingredients

  • 10% cream - 10 fl oz
  • Brown Sugar - 3.5 oz
  • White Beans - 1 piece
  • Freeze-dried strawberry powder - 7.1 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Add sugar to the cream and mix.

Step 2

Cut the vanilla bean in half and place it in the cream. Heat the cream on low heat for 3–5 minutes.

Step 3

Remove the vanilla bean. Allow the cream to cool slightly (but not solidify), then chill in the freezer.

Step 4

Transfer the chilled cream to a blender, add the strawberries (without thawing), and blend well until smooth. Freeze the mixture.
