- Boiling water - ½ glasses
- Salt - ½ spoons
- Vegetable Oil - to taste
- Lean Beef - 14.1 oz
- Onion - 1 piece
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Milk - 1½ glasses
- Sugar - 1 tablespoon

Step 1
In vegetable oil, lightly sauté finely chopped onion, then add the minced meat. The minced meat should also be finely chopped. Cook over medium heat for about 20 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Meanwhile, let's prepare the pancakes. Whisk the eggs with sugar and salt, then add milk and boiling water. Gradually incorporate the flour and mix everything well with a mixer until the batter is smooth, liquid, and free of lumps (a mixer is recommended).
