Melt the butter and mix it with the coffee. Combine the chocolate mixture with the butter mixture, mix well, and cool in the refrigerator for about 40 minutes.
Step 3
Next, shape the cooled mixture into balls, roll them in cocoa, and then shape the balls into domes. Place the finished truffles in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
