Ingredients
- 10% cream - 10 fl oz
- Sugar - 5.3 oz
- Vanillin - 0.2 oz
- Whole egg - 3 pieces
- Milk - ½ glasses
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In the cooled boiled milk, add 3 egg yolks, sugar, and a little vanilla sugar, mix well, and then, over a water bath, continuously stirring, bring the mixture to a condensed milk-like consistency.
Step 2
Whip the cream until stiff peaks form. Be careful not to overwhip the cream, or it will turn into butter, and the ice cream won't turn out.
Step 3
Combine the two mixtures and gently stir. Place in the freezer for 1 hour.
Step 4
After an hour, mix the entire mixture with a mixer on low speed, then return it to the freezer. Repeat this process after another hour.
Step 5
Once the ice cream has set, you can drizzle it with jam and sprinkle with chopped almonds, or grate some chocolate on top.
