Ingredients
- Margarine - 7.1 oz
- Sugar - 1 glass
- Chicken Egg - 3 pieces
- Honey - 3 spoons
- Activated Baking Soda - 2 spoons
- Wheat Flour - 3 glasses
- Condensed Milk - 1 can
- Butter - 6.3 oz
- Walnuts - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Melt 200 grams of margarine.
Step 2
Add one cup of sugar, 3 eggs, and 3 tablespoons of honey. Mix everything thoroughly.
Step 3
Place the mixture over heat. Cook, stirring constantly, until small bubbles begin to form.
Step 4
Remove from heat and add 2 teaspoons of baking soda.
Step 5
Cook for a few minutes until the mixture rises.
Step 6
Remove from heat. Add 3 cups of flour, knead the dough, and divide it into 8 equal parts. Do not let the dough cool, so cover it with a towel.
Step 7
Roll out the dough into rounds. Bake them one at a time in the oven for 3–5 minutes, until they are golden brown.
Step 8
Shape the finished cake layers evenly and spread them with cream: one can of sweetened condensed milk + one stick of unsalted butter (at room temperature). Mix well.
Step 9
Crush the leftover cake scraps into fine pieces and sprinkle them over the top and sides of the cake (after spreading cream on them first).
Step 10
Sprinkle with nuts on top to taste.
