  • Farm fresh eggs - 3 pieces
  • Sour Cream - 35.3 oz
  • Wheat Flour - 4 cups

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Take a pot, mix sugar, butter, and honey in it.

Step 2

Place all the contents on the stove and heat, stirring to prevent burning.

Step 3

Whisk two eggs with a whisk or a mixer.

Step 4

After cooling, pour the eggs into the honey mixture.

Step 5

Next, take one teaspoon of baking soda and add it to the mixture.

Step 6

To make the dough, take the flour and mix all the ingredients.

Step 7

Take a wooden board, sprinkle a small amount of flour on top.

Step 8

Place the prepared dough on it. It needs to be dusted with flour. Mix the dough until it becomes pliable and non-sticky.

Step 9

Roll it out into a sausage shape. Cut into 12 pieces. Roll out again. Grease a baking tray or mold with a little flour, distributing it evenly. Bake for about five minutes.

For the cream, you need sour cream and sugar. Mix them and place on the stove. Spread the cream over all the layers.
