Ingredients
- Butter - 3.5 oz
- Honey - 4.4 oz
- Sugar - 4.2 oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Baking Powder - 0.3 oz
- Activated Baking Soda - 0.3 oz
- Wheat Flour - 13.2 oz
- Vanilla salt - 0.1 oz
- 10% cream - 12 fl oz
- 20% Sour Cream - 12.3 oz
- Powdered Sugar - 7.8 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a saucepan, bring the oil, honey, and sugar to a boil, then add the baking powder and baking soda. Let it cool to room temperature.
Step 2
Add the eggs to the butter mixture. In a separate bowl, mix the flour with the vanilla sugar. Combine the flour mixture with the egg and butter mixture and let it cool.
Step 3
Divide the dough into 6 portions, roll out each piece into circles 1 mm thick and 26 cm in diameter. Set aside the trimmings. Bake at 356°F for 5-10 minutes. Let cool. Process the trimmings in a blender until crumbly.
Step 4
Whip the cream, sour cream, and powdered sugar until peaks form.
Step 5
Spread the cream evenly over the first layer, cover with the second layer, and assemble the entire cake in this manner. Crumble some cake scraps over the top and let it soak in the refrigerator for 12 hours.
