Ingredients
- Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
- Honey - 23.3 oz
- Activated Baking Soda - 2 teaspoons
- Margarine - 3.5 oz
- Sugar - 2 cups
- Whole egg - 3 pieces
- Wheat Flour - 1 tablespoon
- Egg white - 3 pieces
- Milk - 1 cup
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Rub the sugar with the eggs, add honey, and beat thoroughly.
Step 2
Grate the margarine and add it to the mixture.
Step 3
Heat the mixture in a water bath for 20 minutes, stirring constantly, and add the baking soda.
Step 4
After that, remove the mixture from the heat and add the flour. Knead the dough. Then place it in a warm place (under a blanket, for example) for one hour. When the dough has rested, divide it into 6-9 equal parts and roll out thin layers. Bake them one at a time in a preheated oven at 392°F.
Step 5
For the cream, separate the egg whites from the yolks. Then beat the 3 yolks with one cup of sugar, add 1 tablespoon of flour, and 1 tablespoon of milk. Mix everything and cook over low heat (without boiling) until the mixture thickens. Beat the cooled mixture with one cup of milk.
Step 6
In a separate bowl, beat the 3 egg whites with 1 cup of sugar. Combine with the cream and spread it on the layers.
