- Sugar - 15.9 oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Ground Coffee - 7.1 oz
- Brandy - 4 tablespoons
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Butter - 7.4 oz
- Activated Baking Soda - 1 teaspoon
- Powdered Sugar - 7.1 oz
- Walnuts - 5.3 oz
- Egg white - 2 pieces
- Milk - 3 fl oz
- Vanillin - to taste
- Liquid dark chocolate - 1.8 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Beat the egg with 150 grams of sugar, mix with honey, add 3 tablespoons of brandy, lemon zest, coffee, and mix thoroughly. Sift the flour with baking soda into a mound, make a well in the center, pour in the egg-honey mixture, and knead the dough. Refrigerate the dough overnight.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 392°F.
Step 3
Divide the dough into 2 parts, roll out, prick with a fork, and bake two layers for 15-20 minutes each.
Step 4
To prepare the cream, beat the powdered sugar with 200 grams of softened butter and egg yolks. Add ground nuts, vanillin, and the remaining brandy. Layer the cakes with the cream.
Step 5
Cover the surface of the cake with icing. To prepare it, bring milk and sugar to a boil and reduce. Add melted chocolate and the remaining butter. Sprinkle the cake with chopped nuts.
