Ingredients

  • Buckwheat Groats - 0.7 oz
  • Wheat Flour - 17.6 oz
  • Sugar - 24.7 oz
  • Chicken Egg - 3 pieces
  • Butter - 1.1 oz
  • Activated Baking Soda - 0.6 oz
  • Vinegar essence - 0 fl oz
  • 20% Sour Cream - 49.4 oz
  • Fresh Berries - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Combine 400 grams of sugar with an egg and whisk together. Add honey, oil, and 250 grams of flour. Neutralize the baking soda with vinegar and add it to the mixture. Heat the mixture in a water bath until the sugar dissolves.

Step 2

Pour the remaining flour onto the table, place the cooked mixture on top, and knead the dough. Divide the resulting dough into 8 equal parts and roll each into a thin layer. Cut into A4-sized shapes using a rolling cutter. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 3 minutes, then flip and bake for another 3 minutes.

Step 3

Next, prepare the sour cream frosting: combine the remaining sugar with the sour cream and mix well. Layer 7 cake layers with the sour cream frosting. Serve the cake with fresh berries.
