Ingredients
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Sugar - 8.8 oz
- Date honey - 7.1 oz
- Activated Baking Soda - 1 teaspoon
- Wheat Flour - 17.6 oz
- Prunes - 14.1 oz
- Walnuts - 14.1 oz
- Condensed Milk - 2 cans
- Butter - 14.1 oz
- Green Banana Syrup - 7 fl oz
- Rum - 4 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
For the cake layers, beat the eggs with sugar, add honey, baking soda, and flour. Mix everything thoroughly until the consistency is like thick sour cream. Divide into 3 parts and place in a mold previously greased with butter or vegetable oil. Bake at a temperature of 180–392°F.
Step 2
For the cream, chop the walnuts and prunes into small pieces. Mix the condensed milk with the butter and add the chopped prunes and walnuts.
Step 3
Mix the syrup and rum, warm slightly, and let cool.
Step 4
Soak the cake layers with the syrup, then spread cream on each layer. I sprinkled the top layer with grated chocolate.
