Description
Egg whites whip better if you add a pinch of salt or a little lemon juice. I have a 26 cm springform pan. Nutritional value per 100 grams — 640 kcal.

- Honey - 6 tablespoons
- Chocolate eggs - 5 pieces
- Sugar - 17.6 oz
- Wheat Flour - 26.5 oz
- Sour Cream - 14.1 oz
- Jam - 5.3 oz
- Nuts - 5.3 oz
- Activated Baking Soda - 1 teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
For the frosting, whip the sour cream with one cup of sugar and refrigerate.
Step 2
Heat the honey with baking soda (without vinegar) or with baking powder in a saucepan, stirring until it turns brown.
Step 3
Separate the egg whites from the yolks.
Step 4
Mix the yolks with one cup of sugar until the granules disappear.
Step 5
Add the cooled honey to the yolks and mix.
Step 6
Add the flour and knead the dough.
Step 7
Whip the egg whites until foamy and gently fold them into the dough.
Step 8
Spread the dough in a layer of 0.5–1 cm in a greased pan.
Step 9
Place in a preheated oven at 356°F. Bake for 8–10 minutes.
Step 10
Bake 2–3 more layers in the same way.
Step 11
Chop the nuts.
Step 12
Spread frosting on the first layer and sprinkle with nuts.
Step 13
Spread jam (preferably thick) on the second layer.
Step 14
Pour the remaining frosting on the third layer and decorate to your liking.
