- Dry yeast - 0.4 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 1 tablespoon

Step 1
Mix the yeast with honey in a small bowl and pour in 80 ml of warm water. Stir the mixture with a fork and let it sit for 15 minutes — this will create a yeast starter. The starter should become frothy, and the yeast should dissolve.
Step 2
Sift the flour into a mound, make a well in the center, and add the salt, then pour in 160 ml of water and the oil.
Step 3
Mix the salt, flour, and oil, then pour in the yeast starter.
Step 4
Knead the dough until it starts to pull away from the sides.
Step 5
Sprinkle the work surface with flour and knead the dough for at least 10 minutes.
Step 6
Place the dough in a bowl, mix in the grated carrots, cover with a towel, and let it rest in a warm place for 30 minutes.
Step 7
Bake in a well-preheated oven.
