Ingredients
- Apple - 4 pieces
- Wheat Flour - 1 cup
- Sugar - ½ cup
- Egg white - 3 pieces
- Honey - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - to taste
- Vanilla salt - a pinch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Remove the cores from the apples and slice them thinly, then place them in a greased baking dish and drizzle with honey.
Step 2
Beat the chilled egg whites with sugar until a thick white foam forms.
Step 3
Gently fold in the yolks, sifted flour, add a pinch of salt and vanilla.
Step 4
Pour the batter over the apples and immediately place in a hot oven.
Step 5
Bake until done for approximately 15–20 minutes.
