Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 1.30 cups
- Butter - 1.8 oz
- Honey - 1.8 oz
- Sugar - 2 tablespoons
- Whole egg - 1 piece
- Sour Cream - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- Activated Baking Soda - ¼ teaspoon
- Liquid dark chocolate - 3.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cream the softened butter with sugar, salt, and honey until fluffy. Add the egg yolk and beat. Then add the sour cream and flour mixed with baking soda. Quickly knead into a uniform dough.
Step 2
Roll out the dough to a thickness of 3–5 mm. Cut out cookies using cookie cutters or a thin-walled glass.
Step 3
Place on a baking sheet and bake at 200-428°F until golden brown.
Step 4
Cool the finished cookies and decorate with melted chocolate.
Step 5
Leave the cookies on the baking sheet until the chocolate is completely set.
