Ingredients

  • 20% Sour Cream - 17.6 oz
  • Sourdough Bread - 17.6 oz
  • Honey - 3.5 oz
  • Butter - 1.8 oz
  • Ground Cinnamon - a pinch

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Spread slices of toast or brioche (which is more of a delicacy, albeit quite calorie-dense) with butter, and toast in the oven at 356°F until the bread forms a crust.

Step 2

Mix honey, cinnamon, and sour cream. In a baking dish, layer the toast, followed by a layer of sour cream, then another layer of toast, and again a layer of sour cream. Place in the oven for twenty minutes (at the same heat). Allow to cool and infuse. Although this crumble is also delicious served hot.
