- Dried cranberries with sugar - 1.8 oz
- Roasted Peanuts - 1.1 oz
- Lemon - 1.4 oz
- Powdered Sugar - 2.8 oz
- Grated Ginger Root - 0 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Dissolve the honey until liquid over a water bath, add the butter, spices, and baking soda, and mix.
Step 2
Blend the nuts, raisins, and currants in a blender until finely crumbed; zest the lemon.
Step 3
Mix a large bowl of flour, nut mixture, sugar, and lemon zest, mound it up, make a well in the mound, and pour in the eggs and honey mixture.
Step 4
