Honey Ice Cream
Ingredients
- Egg white - 3 pieces
- 10% cream - 17 fl oz
- Honey - 5.3 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Thoroughly beat two eggs and one yolk with a mixer until fluffy and light.
Step 2
Add the cream (I use Parmalat 35%), beat again, and add the honey (you can use less if you don't like it too sweet).
Step 3
Carefully pour into an ice cream maker for about 30 minutes (if you don't have one, try pouring it into a plastic container), and place it in the freezer.
Step 4
Serve with sponge cake, baked apples, or nuts (my version is with almonds, balsamic sauce, honey, and mint) or in a waffle cone.
