- Wheat Flour - 7.1 oz
- Water - 12 fl oz
- Salt - to taste
- Lavender flowers - 1 teaspoon
- Honey - 1.1 oz
- Dry yeast - 0.4 oz

Mix both types of flour, add lavender, and rub in the yeast until crumbly. Add salt, honey, water, and knead the dough. Shape the dough into a ball, cover it, and let it rest for 45 minutes.

Place the dough on a surface, shape it into a ball again, and cover it, letting it rest for another 45 minutes.

Place the dough on a surface, flatten it, and fold the corners to the center to form a square. Dust with flour.

Line a baking sheet with a towel, transfer the bread seam-side down. Cover with a towel and let it rest for 1 to 1.5 hours.
