  • Chicken Egg - 4 pieces
  • Wheat Flour - 4 cups
  • Honey - 4 tablespoons
  • Butter - 5.3 oz
  • Sugar - 1 cup
  • Activated Baking Soda - 1½ teaspoons
  • Sour Cream - 8.8 oz
  • Lemon - 1 piece
  • Powdered Sugar - 1½ cups

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Melt honey, sugar, and butter in a water bath, then let it cool slightly. Beat in the eggs. Add baking soda, flour, and knead the dough.

Step 2

Divide the dough into 10 parts and place in the refrigerator.

Step 3

To prepare the cream, grate the lemon finely with the peel.

Step 4

Whip the sour cream with powdered sugar, then add the grated lemon. Whip again and refrigerate.

Step 5

Remove the dough from the refrigerator, roll out thin layers on parchment paper, prick with a fork, and bake in a preheated oven at 356°F until golden.

Step 6

Assemble the cake, spreading cream between the layers. Crumble one layer and sprinkle it over the top of the cake.
