Honey Pie with Chocolate Cream

Ingredients

  • Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
  • Sugar - 10.6 oz
  • Sour Cream - 3.2 oz
  • Activated Baking Soda - 0.2 oz
  • Wheat Flour - 8.8 oz
  • Cocoa Powder - 0.7 oz
  • Butter - 3.5 oz
  • Honey - 2.1 oz
  • Nuts - 5.3 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

In a saucepan, whisk the eggs with 200 g of sugar until light yellow.

Step 10

Spread it on top of the pie.

Step 2

Add 60 g of honey to the mixture and stir well.

Step 3

Add 90 g of sour cream, then gradually sift in the flour while stirring. Mix the dough until there are no lumps, achieving a smooth consistency.

Step 4

Add the baking soda that has been dissolved in boiling water/vinegar/yogurt.

Step 5

Add raisins or walnuts, previously washed and chopped, to the prepared dough, mix, and pour into a baking pan.

Step 6

Bake for about 30 minutes at 356°F (do not open the oven while the pie is baking, or it may fall and not rise again).

Step 7

For the chocolate cream, mix 20 g of cocoa powder with 90 g of sour cream, and add 100 g of sugar.

Step 8

Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until it comes to a boil.

Step 9

Add a piece of butter to the mixture and continue to cook until it boils again, until the chocolate thickens.
