Hot Chocolate Cake
Ingredients
- Chocolate - 2.6 oz
- Butter - 2.6 oz
- Egg white - 1 piece
- Whole egg - 1 piece
- Sugar - 2 tablespoons
- Wheat Flour - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - a pinch
Step by Step guide

Preheat the oven to 356°F.
Step 2
Melt the chocolate and butter in a water bath or in the microwave, then stir until smooth.
Step 3
Add the egg and yolk and mix well (whisking is not necessary). It is recommended to add a pinch of salt. Add the sugar and mix again thoroughly. Sift the flour and gently fold it into the mixture until smooth. Before pouring the mixture into the molds, you can optionally place a cube of chocolate, a piece of ice cream, or berries at the bottom of the molds. This is not mandatory. Pour the mixture into ceramic soufflé molds or muffin tins and place them in the oven.

Now for the most important part! The cakes will be ready in 7–15 minutes depending on your oven and your preferred doneness. The cake is ready when it slightly rises and cracks on top. This cake is served molten inside; however, if you prefer it differently, keep it in the oven for another 3–5 minutes. The finished cake can be decorated with the same berries, ice cream, whipped cream, or anything else that comes to mind. Serve the cake hot. If necessary, the cake can also be reheated in the microwave for about 20 seconds, but be careful not to overdo it, or the chocolate will ooze out.
