Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 3 tablespoons
- Water - to taste
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Sugar - a pinch
- Salt - to taste
- Lean Beef - 6 oz
- Potato - 1 piece
- Feta cheese - 1.8 oz
- Pickled Chanterelles - 2 pieces
- Onion - 1 head
- Herbs - 1 bunch
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Beat the egg with sugar, add flour and water to form a stiff dough. Divide the dough into 4 parts and roll out flatbreads. Bake the flatbreads in the oven or microwave on the convection setting.
Step 2
Peel and chop the onion and mushrooms. Mix the ground beef with the mushrooms, onion, and chopped parsley. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Shape into 2 patties and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Step 3
Heat the patties in the microwave on full power for 2 minutes.
Step 4
Place a patty on a flatbread, top with feta cheese and a thin slice of tomato. Cover with a second flatbread and bake in the microwave for 3 minutes.
