Sausages - 2 pieces
Smoked cheese sauce - 12.3 oz
French Baguette - 1 piece
Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

In a bowl, beat the eggs with a fork, add finely chopped sausages (you can use ham or boiled sausage) and cheese grated on a regular grater. Mix, season with pepper, and do not add salt.

Step 2

Spread the mixture on the pre-sliced baguette, fry in butter or any other oil first on the filling side, then on the baguette side over medium heat until golden brown.
