- Vegetable Oil - 2 spoons
- Salt - ½ spoons
- Butter - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2
Bring a glass of water to a boil.
Step 3
While the water is coming to a boil, beat the eggs with salt using a mixer until frothy.
Step 4
Pour boiling water into the eggs while continuing to whisk. The foam will rise significantly.
Step 5
Without stopping the mixer, pour in the cold milk.

Finally, fold in the vegetable oil into the dough and place it in the refrigerator for 20 to 30 minutes.

Step 10
Serve the pancakes with sour cream or any other toppings.
