Ingredients
- Green Onion - 0.1 oz
- Sumac - 0 oz
- Cherry Tomatoes - 0.5 oz
- Cilantro - 0 oz
- Olive Oil - 0 fl oz
- Pita - 1 piece
- Chickpeas - 3.5 oz
- Sour Cream - 0.5 oz
- Tahini - 0 fl oz
- Lemon Juice - 0 fl oz
- Ground coriander - 0 oz
- Cumin - 0 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Soak the chickpeas and leave them at room temperature for 1 day.
Step 2
Cook the chickpeas together with shallots and chili pepper until tender.
Step 3
Blend everything together in a blender.
Step 4
Add all the ingredients for the hummus (chickpeas, sour cream, tahini, lemon juice, ground coriander, cumin) to the mixture and mix well.
Step 5
Place the hummus on a plate, top with finely chopped green onion, sumac, cherry tomatoes, drizzle with olive oil, and garnish with a sprig of cilantro.

Separately, toast the pita on both sides in olive oil for 2 minutes.
