- Cherry - 31.7 oz
- Wheat Flour - 1.8 oz
- Butter - 11.3 oz
- Sugar - 10.6 oz
- Brandy - 3 spoons
- Vanilla extract - 1 tablespoon
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Wheat Flour - 17.6 oz
- Baking Powder - 1 tablespoon
- Coarse Salt - a pinch
- Milk - 8 fl oz

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 392°F. Pit the cherries and mix them with 40 grams of plain wheat flour in a bowl.
Step 2
Grease a square baking dish with a small amount of melted butter and lightly dust it with the remaining flour. In a separate bowl, mix the softened butter, sugar, brandy, and vanilla, then add the egg and whisk the mixture until well combined.
Step 3
In a large dry bowl, combine whole wheat flour, baking powder, and salt, then gradually add the butter mixture and milk, mixing everything until smooth.
Step 4
Pour the resulting batter into a baking pan and smooth the surface with a silicone spatula. Evenly distribute the cherries over the entire surface and bake the pie for forty to fifty minutes until a golden crust forms.
