- Vanilla Ice Cream - 35.3 oz
- Mandarins - 2 pieces
- Dry Champagne - 3 fl oz
- Fresh Rose Hips - to taste

Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2
Zest the mandarins using a fine grater, making sure to only remove the orange part, as the white part will taste bitter.
Step 3
Juice the mandarins and strain the juice through a sieve to remove any seeds.
Step 4
Add the zest to the juice and mix well.
Step 5
Pour the juice into a wide container and place it in the freezer until completely frozen.
Step 6
Break the mandarin ice into pieces and blend it until it reaches a snow-like consistency. The snow can be transferred to an airtight container and stored in the freezer.

Scoop balls of vanilla ice cream into dessert dishes and drizzle with champagne.
