Ice Cream with Liqueur
Ingredients
- Milk - 7 fl oz
- 10% cream - 7 fl oz
- Sugar - 3.2 oz
- Salt - a pinch
- Starch film - 4 teaspoons
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 1.8 oz
- Baileys Liqueur - 3 tablespoons
- Chocolate - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Dissolve the starch in 50 ml of milk, in a small container mix the remaining milk, cream, sugar, and salt.
Step 2
Place over medium heat and pour in the starch milk, heat while stirring constantly until thickened. After removing from heat, add the cream cheese and mix until smooth. Leave and wait until it cools to room temperature.
Step 3
Then add the Baileys, mix until smooth and refrigerate overnight. Before serving, grate chocolate on top.
