- Fresh Berries - 10.6 oz
- Shortcrust Cake Mix - 17.6 oz
- 10% cream - 5.3 oz
- Irish Whiskey - 1 fl oz
- Chopped almonds - 3.5 oz
- Powdered Sugar - 3.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash the berries, sprinkle with powdered sugar, pour over the whiskey, and let sit for 5–10 minutes.
Step 2
Whip the cream with a fork (just until it thickens slightly).
Step 3
Evenly distribute the pastry in a well-greased pie dish. Don't forget to create edges.
Step 4
Spread the whipped cream evenly on the bottom. Layer the berries on top. Arrange the almond flakes nicely around the edges of the pie.
Step 5
Bake at approximately 356°F for 15 minutes.
Step 6
Serve the pie cooled.
