  • Naan Bread - 1 piece
  • Tikka Masala - 0 oz
  • Avocado - 1 piece

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Blend eggs, cornstarch, cream, and mirin together.

Step 2

Fry in a pan previously greased with oil.

Step 3

Place the finished omelet in a deep plate.

Step 4

Sauté shrimp and mix with tandoori spice.

Step 5

Mash the avocado and sauté the mushrooms.
