Description
You can use soft cottage cheese instead of ricotta. The dessert can be made in one large dish.
Ingredients
- Oreo Cookies - 10 pieces
- Ricotta cheese - 8.8 oz
- Raw cane sugar - 1.9 oz
- Oranges - 1 piece
- Milk - 3 tablespoons
- Cream (40%) - 5 fl oz
- Strawberry - 8.1 oz
- Raspberry leaves - 10.6 oz
- Powdered Sugar - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Place the cookies in a bag and crush them with a rolling pin, leaving some small pieces.
Step 2
In a bowl, beat the ricotta with the grated orange zest and 50 grams of raw cane sugar. Then add the milk. In a separate bowl, whip the cream and fold it into the cheese mixture.
Step 3
In a blender, combine a quarter of the raspberries and strawberries, 3 tablespoons of orange juice, and the remaining raw cane sugar until smooth. Transfer to a bowl and gently mix in the remaining berries.
Step 4
Divide three-quarters of the cookie crumbs among 4 clear glasses, then layer half of the berries, followed by the cheese mixture, the remaining crumbs, and top with berries. Dust with powdered sugar and serve.
