Description
A traditional Irish breakfast served with Irish bread and accompanied by sweet tea with milk. You can season the fried eggs and vegetables either during cooking or after serving at the table.

- Bacon - 10.6 oz
- Chicken Egg - 4 pieces
- Marinated cherries - 2 pieces
- Fresh Mushrooms - 2 pieces
- Soda water - 7.1 oz
- Butter - 0.9 oz
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the bacon into 6 pieces and place them in a large skillet. Fry over medium heat on both sides until golden brown. Transfer to two plates.
Step 2
Add oil to the skillet, crack the eggs in, and cook sunny-side up without breaking the yolks. When the egg whites are cooked but the yolks are still runny, divide the eggs between two plates.
Step 3
At the same time, in another pan, sauté the chopped tomatoes and mushrooms, stirring continuously. Separately, toast the bread on both sides. Divide onto plates and serve immediately.
