  • Apple - 3 pieces

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Set aside 3 tablespoons of sugar. Mix the remaining sugar with the eggs and beat until a white foam forms.

Step 2

Pour half of the melted butter into the mixture.

Step 3

Add the milk and salt.

Step 4

Incorporate the sifted flour and baking powder into the batter.

Step 5

Mix the batter well until smooth.

Step 6

Pour the resulting mixture into a pre-greased and semolina-dusted baking dish.

Step 7

Peel the apples and remove the cores.

Step 8

Slice the apples and fully immerse them in the batter, distributing them evenly across the surface of the future pie.

Step 9

Drizzle the pie with the remaining melted butter and sprinkle with the remaining sugar.

Step 10

Bake the pie in the oven for 45 minutes at 356°F.
