Ingredients
- Ground Breadcrumbs - 1 cup
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 2.1 oz
- Salt - ½ teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper - ½ teaspoon
- Ground Dried Garlic - ½ teaspoon
- Dried onion powder - ¼ teaspoon
- Dried parsnip - ½ teaspoon
- Fresh basil leaves - ½ teaspoon
- Oregano - ¼ teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Make the breadcrumbs: Cut bread (French baguette or white loaf) into cubes and dry them in the oven.
Step 2
Grind the breadcrumbs in a food processor (blender).
Step 3
Grind the Parmesan cheese in a blender.
Step 4
Mix all the ingredients. Use as a coating for meat, chicken, casseroles, or vegetables (zucchini). If you prepare a larger batch, it can be stored in a tightly sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
