- Lavender flowers - 2 teaspoons
- Wheat Flour - 1 cup
- Sugar - 3.5 oz
- Honey - 2 teaspoons
- Baking Powder - 2 teaspoons
- Vanillin - a pinch
- Salt - a pinch
- Whole egg - 2 pieces
- Butter - 3.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Soften the butter to room temperature and cream it with the sugar.
Step 2
Add vanillin, salt, lavender, and form a soft dough.
Step 3
Roll the dough into a thin log and wrap it in plastic wrap or cellophane, then place it in the freezer for 30–40 minutes.
Step 4
Line a baking sheet with greased parchment paper or a silicone mat.
Step 5
Remove the dough from the freezer and slice it crosswise into 1–1.5 cm rounds, placing them on the baking sheet spaced apart, and bake for 15 minutes at a temperature of 175–392°F.
