Italian Keto Flatbread
Ingredients
- Parmesan Cheese - 2.1 oz
- Potato - ½ piece
- Scallions - 1 bunch
- Doctor's Sausage - 0.9 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 1 teaspoon
- Passata Tomato Sauce - 1 teaspoon
- Pesto - 1½ tablespoons
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Arugula - 5 stems
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
Step 2
Spread the cheese in a thin layer (about three tablespoons) on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Step 3
Finely chop the tomato and onion, and add salt.
Step 4
Mix thoroughly.
Step 5
Cut the sausage into thin strips and place it in a heated pan with oil.
Step 6
After a couple of minutes, add the tomato paste. Stir.
Step 7
After another minute, add the pesto.
Step 8
Crack the egg into the pan.
Step 9
Immediately stir, lightly salt, and remove from heat.
Step 10
Spread the onion-tomato mixture on the flatbread and sprinkle with cheese (one to two tablespoons).
Step 11
Place in a preheated oven at 356°F for 6–7 minutes.
Step 12
Place the fried egg on the slightly cooled flatbread.
Step 13
Add arugula.
Step 14
Fold in half and serve.
